DB Asphalt is an independently-owned company founded by construction professionals in Puerto Rico with more than 25 years of experience, and a track record that demonstrates excellence, innovation, efficiency, and quality in everything we do.
Located in the Luchetti Industrial Park in Bayamón, DB Asphalt’s asphalt batching plant is the newest and most modern facility of its kind built on the island in the past three decades. With this project, we are putting into action our commitment to promoting efficiency, modern technology, and innovative processes that help us balance economic progress with the well-being and health of the population and the environment.

We support the use of modern and efficient technology to locally serve the needs of the construction sector – public and private – in the process of transforming and modernizing Puerto Rico’s highway infrastructure, without putting health and the environment at risk.
The plant uses advanced technology and has systems that allow efficient fuel consumption and low emissions to protect health and the environment. Among other things, the facility has a unified gas capture and recovery system that completely eliminates the blue smoke produced by burning fuel (diesel). In addition, asphalt odors are carried to the fuel incineration area to reduce their intensity.

Asphalt production at DB Asphalt sets new standards, because:
